Both television and cinema 

were different, back then... 

(and, no, we won't get into radio! 

Or comic-books - this time! 

Or the other arts...!!!) 

A tentative (and very much tempted) mixture of the prudish 

and the liberated -if you will- permeated most 

if not all of 1969's offerings... 

It gave the world a great many works of art 

that appear uneven - inconclusive - inachevé, ils diraient...! 

Sem pé nem cabeça - also...! 

Inabouti!

However...

Many gems stood the test of time, 

still - gems such as: 

Hey - 1969 was 

THE SEXY YEAR 

- rrright?

Directed by S. Lee Pogostin - a fellow LP! 

(... even though an SLP, technically!)  

Highly recommended - still...! 

1969 alternated like that, 

between lewdness and purity - 

setting the standard for the 70s, maybe? 

Probably...
