TRUE ART... at last!

Five Hundred Years Of Art...
And Almost As Many Visions Of Feminine Grace Too!

Thanks to lady Giuliana for sending me the link!

This video is also available on my Luminous Hi5!

UPDATE!

This next video goes so well with the preceding one:
it is the same thing, basically -
but for the wondrous world of Cinema!
All 100+ years of it - very nearly!

Now this second video can be found on my Luminous Low5!

Don't ask me how and why that happened -
I'm not sure how or why anymore!
Blame it on V-Day or something...!!!

Have Some Awesome Ann'so'M Now...! Or... The (Fine) Art Of Minimalist Music!

Ann'so M (of) Espana sings in French
and her style, free of any superfluous fluff,
truly is a breath of fresh air, I say...!

En complément de programme:
assorted artists...!

The Art Of Scoring A Film

Finding the essence of the main protagonist -
tell his or her story through music,
through the film's very soundtrack -
and not skip a beat, meanwhile,

on the storyline's progress!

Now, did these guys really succeed at that...?

...

Frankly, I think this would have done fine for Batty:

...

Let's compare now
with Batman's colleague and comrade-in-arms, oftentimes,
in that League of theirs...
Aquaman!

The Art of Adding 2 + 2...

...
Beyond my mere realizations that
Saskatchewan and the Sasquatch
go so well together...
that wrestling is like unto
a live action cartoon
(and so the two belong together
as well - as shown here!) -
and that
basically
every story worth being told
has been told
(but can always be retold
-the luminous way -
by me! *lol*)

.

There is also
those times we connect two works of "art"
that have, supposedly, nothing in common

As with the above video screen;
*Where Charlton Meets Corey...!*

The creator of this mix, zoomar1, recalls:

"I first saw The Omega Man in 1971

when I was 8 years old.
I was creeped out by

"the family's" deformed eyes

I first time I heard Corey Hart's song
"Sunglasses at Night" in the 80's,
I immediately thought

of The Omega Man.

The video you see here

is the third version I've made.
I made the first one in 1990.
I did a widescreen version around 1996.
And this one I finished October 8, 2006.
"

Charlton Heston -
there will never be another action hero

quite like him!

Enjoy the remix version...!

Oh - and keep adding 2+2...!

The Art Of Making The Unbelievable... A Little More Believable!

...

Gough and Millar
have basically mastered that uncanny ability
to make this happen -
lest this is just
suspension of disbelief
***working***
due to the absence of various
notorious nefarious elements
such as:
1) campyness
2) ridiculous spandex costumes
3) batmania

;)
